Ricardo Arona looking for UFC Gig?

A face from the past appeared from the crowd of reports and fans at Saturdays UFC 114 press conference that was held after the fight.

It was none other than former PRIDE fighter Ricardo Arona.

Arona told reporters that he was there to support his former teammate Antonio Rogerio Nogueira who did in fact defeat Jason Brilz, but he was also looking for a meeting with UFC president Dana White.

Arona is a seasoned submission grappler who at one time was considered the best top light heavyweight in the world.

Arona was quoted as saying “Everybody’s asking me why I’m not fighting, but I think I will talk to the boss, and maybe then I will do it,”
